Q: Does it work for TV as well? I have TV installed in my car.
A: Yes. All video functions of which your car is capable are unlocked. That means TV, DVD, DMB and even the iPhone and iPod video if it is present in your vehicle configuration. However, your car doesn't need a TV tuner installed to unlock the DVD function.

Q: Why you need the VIN code of my car for the order?
A: Each DVDInMotion_CIC software is created for one car only. Identification code helps us to create software that will perfectly suit your car.

Q: Will using this software void the warranty of my car?
A: No. You will have the option to restore the original state at any time.

Q: Do I need to reinstall the software every time I take the car to the dealer?
A: That depends. The video is unlocked in the permanent part of the system and so it is preserved even after servicing the car. However, programming new version of software for the whole car in BMW Service can restore the locked state. The solution is easy, just repeat the installation procedure and video is unlocked again!

Q: I don't know how to burn the CD / I do not have a CD burner. What can I do?
A: You can order the CD by mail. Shipping cost will vary depending on your location.

Q: I have a car workshop. Can I offer video unlocking service to my customers?
